both houses can amend the constituion. bill must be passed by 2/3 of memebers present and voting . sometimes amendment might require the ratification of half of the legislative assemblies of states.

Judicial :-
1) can impeach president for violation of the constitution , either house can frme charges. if passed by a majority of 2/3 of the memeber present and voting the other house will investigate the charges and if the other house finds the president guilty he will be remvoed from office 

2) can remove judges for violation of the provisions of the constituon

Electoral
1) Lok sabha elects their speaker and deputy speaker 
2) rajya sabha elects their deputy chairman 
3) both houses are part of electoral college thats elecst the president and vice president 

1) if budget of the year is not passd before the start of the new financial year , they can use a device called vote on account which allows them to take money for the consolidatory funds

2) determine the salaries of ministers 

3) passes the union budget at the start of the new financial year
