Ending of the poem is most appealing as it shows us the hard truth of life that a normal man is so busy in completing  the tasks asigned to him that he doesn't even have time to do the things which gives him joy.Here poet is in the same condition.

He describes it by saying

1) Woods are filling up with snow.

2) Darkest evening.

3) Frozen lake.

4)Sound of wind and flakes

5)Woods are dark,lovely and deep

He can't stay back any longer because he has to fulfill the duties asigned to him before he dies.

Horse

To stop without a farmhouse near

gives his harness bell a shake

To watch woods fill up with  snow

Winter

forzen lake and falling snow

between woods and frozen lake

he knows the owner of the woods and he knows that he lives in the village.

becasue lovers always come before appointed time.Venus's pigeons is referred to the classical goddess of love who rode a chariot drawn by love.Salerio here says that this pigeon fly 10 times faster for those who are unmarried to make new relations than those who are married
