Human angels have been contratsed with "Angels at play" in the heaven. She in rhe first stanza says that she wanted to have a look at the angels in heaven. But here she wants to be amidst the "human angels". The poet believes that humans can achieve the status of angels if they do their work diligently and follow the righteous path.
