Isn't there any 'trick' to quickly split the middle term while dealing with Quad equations? Cuz I kinda get stuck at that. I go nuts .-. And please don't jump up saying "Hit and Trial" method

In VAT sums when they ask us at what price CAN the article be bought by the customer, is it inclusive of sales tax or exclusive? And if they say at what price IS it bought then its inclusive right?
