Eeq=E1+E2+E3 (if the all cells are connected with the same positive terminal on the same side i.e, supplying current in the same direction).
If any of them is supllying current in opposite direction, then Eeq=E1+E2-E3 where E3 is in opposite direction(with reversed terminals)
