In this context answer the following questions: a. State any three powers of the Prime Minister in relation to the President. [3] b. What is meant by the collective responsibility of the cabinet? [3] c. Mention any four discretionary powers of the President. [4] Question 5 Our judicial system has a Supreme Court at its Apex. In the light of this statement explain the following: a.
