this means that location of land also matters. if the land is located near the market its value is more and if it is located away from the market then the value is less. if it is hear a water body then it is more helpful for cultivation and vice versa .

this means that supply of land cannot increase or decrease even if the geographical conditions are better somehwere else . thus kand is heterogeneous in nature
