[2] OR Q8) a) A building costing Rs. 8,00,000/- has been constructed on a plot costing Rs. 3,00,000/-. The estimated life of the building is 80 yrs. Assuming the annual repair to be at 0.5% of construction cost and other out goings at 30% of the gross income (i.e. rent). Workout the annual rent that should be charged for the building.
