Draw at least two views with one cross sectional view to bring out all the details of feed system, ejection system and cooling system. Material : HDPE. Cavity pressure = 300 kg/cm2. [35] Calculate and justify the size and type of runner and gate used in (i) above. [5] Design and draw a two Cavity three plate mould for the component as shown in Fig. 2. Draw at least two views with one sectional view to bring out all the details of feed, ejection and cooling system. Material : ABS Cavity pressure : 300 kg/cm2.
