MUSIC PAPER III - III NOTE : This paper is of two hundred (200) marks containing four (4) sections. Candidates are required to attempt the questions contained in these sections according to the detailed instructions given therein. (200) (4) S J 1606 2 SECTION - I U I Note : This section contains five (5) questions based on the following paragraph. Each question should be answered in about thirty (30) words and each carries five (5) marks. Nobility is not only the most original feature, but it is its soul. Actually Physics says that no new creation is possible. In the same way in Music also in spite the traditional usages of Swar, Laya, Raaga, Taal, etc. there are immense possibilities of new - creation. Various Raagas are created on the base of 12 Shuddha and Vikrit notes. Thus it is proved that Art is ever new. Even a well established Raaga may be able to give new freshness by using elements pertaining to nobility.
