The earth taken out of it has been spread evenly all around it in the shape of a circular ring of width 4 m to form an embankment. Find the height of the embankment. [3] (c) In the adjoining figure, ABCD is a parallelogram. E is a point on AB. CE intersects the diagonal BD at G and EF is parallel to BC. If AE EB = 1: 2, find (i) EF AD (ii) area of BEF area of ABD [4]
