Selama minggu kedua, saya ingin melayani tamu yang datang ke kantor. Tetapi ternyata tidak boleh. Walaupun kecewa, saya melihat pegawai lain melayani tamu dan saya heran pada kesabarannya. Misalnya, sering ada tamu yang mencari paket liburan ke Eropa. Lalu tamu itu datang lagi dan mau ke Cina. Tanpa alasan! Hanya berubah pikiran saja! Kalau saya, pasti langsung marah dan bilang sesuatu yang kurang sopan kepada tamu itu. Walaupun begitu keinginan keliling dunia masih ada tetapi bekerja di kantor terlalu membosankan. Mungkin lebih baik saya mencari sendiri diskon dan paket murah di internet daripada harus sabar dan melayani orang-orang yang selalu susah. Matt J. Harganya Rp 2.000.000 saja. Saya sudah bekerja paruh waktu tapi belum dapat uang sebanyak ini. Boleh saya pinjam dulu? Tentang rumah kos! Kamar saya kecil tapi bersih dan ibu kos sangat ramah. Sekarang saya menjadi orang yang lebih mandiri. Saya sering memasak dengan mahasiswa-mahasiswa lain yang tinggal di sini. Kalau kami capai, ada banyak warung yang masakannya lezat dan murah. Saya satu-satunya mahasiswa dari desa, jadi mereka membantu saya dengan segala aspek kehidupan kota jalur bus, tempat yang paling murah untuk membeli buku dan lain-lain. Kehidupan kota sangat berbeda dengan desa. Selalu ada suara lalu lintas, banyak polusi udara dan tidak ada ketenangan. Walaupun senang di sini, saya sering rindu pada keluarga dan teman teman. Bersama surat ini ada kartu HUT untuk adik. Sayang, saya tidak bisa hadir di pestanya minggu depan. Sampaikan salam saya kepada semua.
