Ask your friend whether he/she wants to go to the cinema with you. Say that you will wait for him/her at home. Question 2 (2 marks) You are talking to a passer-by. Ask him/her how to get to the department store. Ask where you can catch the bus. Question 3 (4 marks) You are talking to a classmate. Ask how he went in the English examination. Say that you have done badly and only got 45 marks. Explain why you did not do as well as you wanted to. Question 4 (5 marks) You are giving an explanation to your school principal. Say that your father has a bookshop. Say that he works ten hours a day, from 9 am to 7 pm. Say that he always comes home late, so he does not have time to come to see the teacher. Question 5 (7 marks) You are discussing next year s sport choice with a friend. Ask your friend what sport he/she would like to do next year. Tell your friend what sport you did this year and why you did not like it.
