How to find all anagrams of a word ? I have made a program but it has a lot of functions and is very confusing. There must be some easier way. Someone help :D

In Act 2 Scene 5, when Shylock says (in lines 3-5) " thou shalt not gormandize as thou hast done with me And sleep and snore and rend apparel out " - is he addressing this to his own daughter Jessica or to Launcelot?
I don't think he would say rend apparel out(meaning wear out your clothes quickly) to Launcelot? If you think the otherwise then please reply with an explanation.
