Salaries and emoluments of judges--->
the chief justice of the high court and other judges of the high court are paid a monthly salary as decided by the parliament.
Later on under the same heading--->
the salaries and allowances of the judges of a high Court are charged on the consolidated fund of the state so these cannot be voted upon by the state legislature.
They're saying first that it's decided by Parliament, then they're saying not voted upon by State legislature!?! |
