The format for ICSE Notice and Email are different in Together With Latest Book and ICSE Guidelines. Which one should be followed?

I just wanna give a small tip that PLEASE read the questions carefully. For example, we often take it for granted that prepositions have been asked, but the question may be - PUT APPROPRIATE WORDS which may take away a lot of our marks, since there is a lot of difference.
