Why is an object called a static data member??

can anyone tell me the problem with this snippet as I am not getting my output.
Purpose:
to enter 10 names of cities and their populations:

Is ICSE concerned only with the output, or does it even check the logic? If the number of iterations is more than required while the output remains the same, would marks be allocated??

GUYS instead of writing int n = 12; String n1 = Integer.toString(n); we can directly write String n1 = ""+n; no need to write Integer.toString(n);

can sum1 tell me the bytes occupied by all data types

This thing is absolutely bugging me why the hell r the  respaper admins spamming my notifications
