Guys what do we have to write in safe limit of sound?

Coz in the Selina it  is given 0-80db
But in 2017 paper pupils analysis it is given not more than 120 db.

what is the unite of ludness
in seline it is givenphon and it says the level of sound has a unit decibal so unit of loudness is phon or decibal

What is the length of nichrome wire of resistance 5.6 ohms, if the length of a similar wire is 80 cm  and its resistance is 4.2ohms
