I just tried to open today's geography paper, and they start demanding money from me, with this message:

I mean, this is the first paper I've tried to open this year! And also, the first one for this account. So, saying that I have exceeded my limits is pure BS. Have you guys also been experiencing this problem, of Res begging for cash much before the said "limits" are over? And what are the limits anyway?

Can someone help me out with numericals in light? I get really confused with the sign and the formulas and everything so if you could give me a page with everything on it that would be nice.
