Can someone please tell me why everyone seems to be obsessed with the bombay scottish paper?

in history paper in long ans type they have asked which military organisation  subash chandra bose has formed and in my school every wrote INA but it is not right it was mohan singh who formed it  . subash chandra bose did not forme any military organisation at all so i guess that full extract only is wrong . but still some pple wrote  INA . Is this the true meaning of  education , learing only to get the marks and don t care about the reality even i guess board will say it as correct ans

Do we need to draw legend for map of India? .....If yes then where...behind the map or on it

question were tricky last year geography paper.some question were not there in my book toatal geography. such as it was asked name place(example) for rill erosion and gully erosion pls tell
