Is moderation taken into account this year?

Why is the 0 on a phone after 1 and not before 1?

Hey! Has anyone had a problem with linking your digilock account with your Aadhar ID?? I tried linking it and it seems like I dont have a mobile number linked to my Aadhar ID. this is the price i have to pay for being an early applicant for Aadhar (I applied for it when it first came out) Also, is it compulsory to have a digilocker account? Will we get a hard copy of our marksheets????
