Isn't english compulsory in %?
Some idiot @imran97 is bothering me by saying that a guy in his school got 99.4% last year ( YEAH LIKE WTF - TOPPER GOT 99.2%)  and he dropped english. Why do people like these even want to show their smartness?

2016 ICSE Maths prelims are so good (actually wayy better than 2017 ones), I can hardly find good prelims in 2017 (except some like the Bombay Scottish one and the ones uploaded by Anurag)
