post the logic for splitting a sentence(String) into different words ,storing each word separately in an array. also,can we use split method...?

Write a class with the name Area using function overloading that computes the area of parallelogram, a rhombus and a trapezium. 

Do we have to write the main method(With switch case) or we can directly compute and show the result using return statement? The question is till here only.
