In banking,if the last digit of balance is 5,e.g.,Rs. 1345,do we round it off to 1346 or keep it 1346?

To be honest ... this 10 days exam 'preparation leaves' is taking a toll on me mentally ...  i have to start preparations for NTSE and IIT but this boards ... and also eager to bid adieu to CLASS 10 ICSE BOARDS
