hey guys one question....i jus came across this question in one of the respapers...but nt getting the answer...can plz anyone solve it..
2xsquare +kx+19 and 6xsquare+36x+57 have common roots...find the product of values of k....i knw the procedure but i m getting negative value underoot...so plz solve dis and let me knw ur answer..!!

For what value of ‘a’, the point (a,1), (1, – 1) and (11,4) are collinear.

The sum of the volume of the three cubes is equal to 3 times the volume of the cuboid. Given that the edges of the 3 cubes are equal to the length, the breadth and the height of the cuboid respectively. Prove that the cuboid is a cube itself.

Do we need to know Mensuration- Cone and Sphere only for 3D figures as specified in the syllabus?
