No need to create envelope. (One student from our school had got 99... she hadn't made any envelope)

ESSAY ON JUNK FOOD

जंक फ़ूड का चलन पूरे विश्व में दिन पर दिन बढ़ता जा रहा है। चिप्स,चॉक्लेट्स ,पिज़्ज़ा, बर्गर इत्यादि तले -भुने खाने को जंक फ़ूड की संख्या में गिना जाता है। बच्चें हो या बड़े हो इस जंक फ़ूड का प्रभाव सबपे बढ़ता जा रहा है। परन्तु इस जंक फ़ूड को खाने के सिर्फ नुकसान ही है।

बच्चो पे इसका असर जल्दी पड़ता है । मोटापा इसका सबसे बड़ा नुकसान हैं। लेकिन, हालिया रिसर्च इस जंक फूड की और बड़ी कमी सामने लेकर आया है। यह रिसर्च बताता है कि फास्‍ट फूड न सिर्फ बच्‍चों की शारीरिक सेहत को नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं, बल्कि इसका असर बच्‍चों के मा‍नसिक विकास पर भी पड़ता है। इस रिसर्च में यह बात सामने आई है कि फास्‍ट फूड का अधिक सेवन बच्‍चों के आईक्‍यू (IQ level)लेवल को कम कर देता है।

अनुसंधानकर्ताओं ने पाया कि जंकफूड वास्तव में दिमाग को क्षति पहुंचाते हैं। तले और प्रसंस्कृत खाने के सामानों में पाए जाने वाले रसायन दिमाग को नुकसान पहुंचाने वाले संकेत भेजते हैं जिनसे उसकी भूख को नियंत्रित करने की क्षमता कम होती है।

इन जंक फ़ूड में कार्बोहायड्रेट की मात्र आदिक होती है जो सभी बिमारियों की जड़ होती है। इसी से कैस्ट्रॉल, हृदयघात ,ब्लड प्रेशर जैसी बीमारियां होती है। हमे अपने जीवन को सही रखने के लिए इसका सेवन काम करना होगा । कभी कभार ऐसे जंक फ़ूड खाने में कोई बुराई नही परन्तु हमे इसका आदि नही होना चहिये। और इसके प्रभाव से बचने के लिए हमे योगा और कसरत करते रहना चाहिए ।

How is the result to be shown on result day ?
I mean the percentage would be calculated already or only the marks for the questions would only be shown ?

I have been told by my teachers, that since we are the first batch with the new syllabus, the paper will be easy and checking will be quite lenient!
