[4] (b) Give two advantages of indirect taxes. [3] (c) State any two objectives of planning in India. [3] (d) Briefly explain any two functions of the Reserve Bank of India. [3] PART II (48 Marks) Attempt any four questions from this Section. Question 5 (a) Discuss the factors on which capital formation in a country depends. [6] (b) Explain four differences between 'a share' and 'a debenture'. [6] Question 6 (a) Describe four features of a co-operative organisation.
