(a) The internal information is provided by a data processing system and an information system. By referring to the chain of shops, explain what is meant by each of the following. (i) A data processing system. [3] (ii) An information system. [3] (b) One external source is information about laws relating to ICT. (i) Explain why this information might be useful.
