[30] (b) Critically evaluate the claim that the prophets communicated God s message most effectively by the spoken word. [20] 2 (a) Analyse the role of the Suffering Servant as found in the Book of Isaiah. [30] (b) Critically assess the view that Second Isaiah s description of the Suffering Servant offers little comfort. [20] 3 (a) Identify and discuss the challenges faced by Nehemiah in his attempt to reform the community in Jerusalem. [30] (b) Critically evaluate the claim that society today has much to learn from the achievements of Nehemiah. 4 [20] (a) Explain the purpose and nature of the religious reforms brought about by Josiah. [30] (b) Critically assess the view that religious reform always requires a change of heart. 5450 2 [20] Section B Synoptic Assessment Theme: Moral Living You must answer this question 5 (a) With reference to at least two different areas of study, outline and explain the contribution of some key people to the theme of moral living.
