I see this group is so active (relatively) so I should also ask something right???? :) Q: Newtonian gravity says that gravity changes with change in distance .(inverse square law) ......BUT the strength of gravitational force changes pretty instantaneously WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE as according to general relativity nothing can travel faster than light!(I mean that if two objects move away from each other the gravity between them changes instantaneously. So the information that distance between them has changed must have travelled at greater than the speed of light (actually at infinite velocity) which is quite impossible according to the theory which we believe !) So how can the information travel at infinite velocity??????(hint : Newton was wrong to some extent !!) |

I want to clear one misconception here. Nutrinos don't travel faster than light. Photons don't have mass but nutrinos do (very very small). That ocra experiment was wrong. If you don't believe me please type in Google' do neutrinos travel faster than the speed of light'. No offence intended. |
